Who We Are
Katalyst Yoga is a large studio with a big heart in Waverly, Iowa, with a mission of nurturing self-awareness, inspiring growth and giving all members of the community an opportunity to find belonging. We strive to meet the needs of all who enter the studio, from beginners to seasoned yogis, through a variety of classes, and we believe the studio can be something special and unique for every individual. We welcome all newcomers and hope the studio can spark a change in you and your practice.
Our Classes
Each class and experience at Katalyst is unique, and whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, our practitioners are here to help guide you in your practice and answer any questions you might have. Depending on the class you picked your experience will vary, but we always encourage you to make our space your own to achieve whatever your body needs at the time.
